Shipping & returns

Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed.  Orders will be shipped out according to the customers choice of shipper and speed.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact our company at info@ashleymeier.com and put "Return Request" in the subject line.  Certain items are non-returnable and final sale, unless they arrive damaged or defective; these items include bed sheets, furniture, lighting, mirrors, artwork.  If item is visibly damaged during shipping, please refuse the shipment from the carrier and contact us within 5 days.  If the item is found defective but not due to shipping, please contact info@ashleymeier.com within 5 days explaining the reason for return and we will issue you a return authorization and allow you a store credit or refund.
